|Dry Onion Soup Mix||1 Packet|
|Sometime around noon, put the frozen pot roast in an oven safe pan. Sprinkle the packet of dry onion soup mix over the top of it. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 300 until dinnertime...5:00-ish. It will fork-tender and delicious!|
After sprinkling the dry onion soup mix over the roast, you can also add a can of mushroom soup.
Add cut up carrots and potatoes the last hour of cook time.
